This course develops foundational knowledge and awareness of the UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers (UNESCO ICT-CFT). It sets foundational knowledge of how government economic and educational policy relates to the practice of teaching and learning in the classroom and provides educators with a glimpse into what's possible when ICT is used effectively to support the acquisition of 21st century skills to ensure the success of students in today's global, knowledge based economy.
